I really understood what was going on and some of the same issues that I was having they are going on in the same way in other clubs it was a conversation and a sounding board to get some of our frustrations and maybe find a solution to some of the problems that we and the other clubs are having the same issues this was very interesting and I did enjoy the conference all aspects they were very helpful help me to start to think in a broader or a different way
