I’ve only done two rides with Turo and I’ll never do that again. I’ll stick to traditional car rentals. After my first ride, I was charged for a late fee. The car was never returned late. It was later explained that charge was for an improper return stating I returned the car to the wrong location. The car was returned to the exact location it was picked up from. Tried to dispute with the host he turned it over to the support team. The support team requested my proof which o submitted. They then sided with the host without even looking at the documents. I disputed it again this time speaking w
