My husband and I are both really bummed out since we don’t get time to play games as it is, he bought me this game for my birthday and I was looking forward to playing it but the app won’t load from the “connecting” screen. We both have brand new iPhones that fully support the app we have tried the uninstall redownload thing and it’s not helping we did this about 10 times and I’m not able to take the game back for a refund because I already opened and set the game up Walmart says “it’s already been used” $25 that could have gone to something else that works is a bummer.
