The Cathay Pacific app is a mess. It constantly locks me out even when my login details are correct. I’ll enter my membership number or my email or my cell no. with the correct password and it still fails! How is this bug still not fixed and how does this app have 4.3 stars?! Incredibly frustrating to use.
