I don't have a lot of professional stuff to do with it but it's great for making placeholder covers for fanfic so I can have pretty ebooks (or for making a cover for my own fanfic!), or for spitting out a quickie meme for social media, or labeling my cat pics. I do wish the Plain Images that include Earth and Space could be used in other form-factors (like for ebooks), and/or layered atop another Plain Image. Plus I need some way to toss a couple bucks to the dev every now and then, to keep Phonto from becoming an abandoned app like my favorite ebook reader. (Alas, Marvin! •sob•)

Wish I hadn't. There's virtually nothing to buy with coins anymore (just More Starting Tiles now). The way to get new tiles is weird and probably requires watching ads. I paid to NOT watch ads unless I really wanted to! (And I watched ads for quicker access to special constructions, or to get new fancy tiles.) First the bulldozer and pocket didn't refresh between maps, and now the number of tiles can't be boosted at the start. Yeah, I have a ton of books from the Apple Books store. This is also a problem; as the title says, I can't do a true sort-by-author where it then swaps to displaying the author name, and none of the books by the author, until I select an author and see all their books (and only their books). Scrolling past alllllll the books of a prolific writer, just to try to find some other book where I "know the name began with a B... I think?" is unutterably cumbersome.
