Trying to make my first car payment after buying a new car and every time I attempt to add a payment method the app glitches out. The moment I enter either my routing number or account number for my bank I can’t do anything on the screen other the edit other text boxes. The app doesn’t even process that the text boxes are filled presenting me with the option to move forward. Even the back button does nothing and external links do nothing, I just have to close the app and try again but continually to no avail. Sure I can call or go in person to pay my bill but that defeats the entire purpose of
