The worst customer service. You can explain every detail and they won’t assist you without a screenshot. And they will say they don’t understand the issue you provide. They false advertise and you will receive the requirement to upgrade as soon as you select a number. You will be unable to receive a notification and read it because it will state your number expires in 15 minutes so lock in your number which requires you to upgrade to secure your selected number.
