They give me whatever called “30 credit points “ but didn’t even send a text message! , then I paid purchased about $5.50 = 200 points nevertheless I am still not able to receive a single text message, no phone support! And I sent support email they gets back after 2 days asking me more information about the number I am trying to text…. Now after 2 more days,[ I have received email saying ‘ we sent your request for special assistance] for sure my $5.50 worth of points has gone. This is the most ridiculous app ever.
