United has the highest prices in town, by far. Now the new app doesn’t show my rewards points, no longer offers savings, doesn’t show my gas rewards number and says there are no gas stations near me (there are several). It routes my orders to the wrong store which never has anything in stock and sells rotten meat. If this is the new experience, I’ll pass. Walmart will have 100% of my business from now on. United should hire an IT team who can actually do their job. I have a feeling after reading these reviews that they will lose a ton of business over this one. They’ve certainly lost me.
