The change to this app from the old one is awful. No previous purchases or shopping lists available. The products shown are very generic and not at all regionally featured. This feels like a bland “whatever” grocery app with no personality. The fact that you cannot switch banners for stores in the same area is awful. Removing this download. I don’t have time to duplicate my work or wait for you guys to fix your mess. Albertsons can suck it.

Same company, two apps?

United Supermarkets and Market Street are owned by the same company, yet we have to have two different apps for them now? It makes no sense! When you first open the United app, it makes you select a location, and Market street locations show up on the available list. However, if you try to select a Market Street location, it tells you to download the new Market Street app. If United Supermarkets are the only option to use on the United supermarkets app, then why are Market Streets listed? Why do I have to have two different apps for the same company, almost identical ad, and the same coupon

Store changes

I give the app and store a rating of four stars instead of five because the new app is so different and doesn’t transfer between all stores. I am also disappointed that you no longer carry a lot of products that I used to use on a regular basis. My store is just 3 blocks from my home and I love how convenient it is ,but if I am going to have to go to another store in order to find items I use then I might as well buy all of my groceries at the store that carries more of the brands I like. Despite prices being a bit higher at all United stores, I don’t mind because the customer service is almost always top notch. Their pharmacy is a million times better than Walgreens, but since the new update to all stores in my area along with the new app, I can’t even log in. I not only use it for myself but for my family. If I’m already logged into the app, why do I even need to login to the pharmacy portion if it’s combined? I’m beyond frustrated! I haven’t attempted to order pickup or delivery for food, but at this point, I’m not even going to attempt to. I’ll stick with Walmart & Target u

Cannot log into pre-existing pharmacy account. Can’t create a new account either because it says My account already exists. If it does, I’d really like to know how to log into it!!! New app is worthless. The old app worked flawlessly. Managed and refilled prescriptions with ease. Not this one. They turned a perfectly working pharmacy app into a USELESS one. Who is rating this app 5 stars? The designers?? Called the tech support # for help and was assured the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Five days later, Nope!

I’ll shop Walmart

United has the highest prices in town, by far. Now the new app doesn’t show my rewards points, no longer offers savings, doesn’t show my gas rewards number and says there are no gas stations near me (there are several). It routes my orders to the wrong store which never has anything in stock and sells rotten meat. If this is the new experience, I’ll pass. Walmart will have 100% of my business from now on. United should hire an IT team who can actually do their job. I have a feeling after reading these reviews that they will lose a ton of business over this one. They’ve certainly lost me.

None of my Rx transferred over to the “new” app, and you can’t even look them up by their Rx number. It says you can, but you can’t. All my meds are just gone. Love that for me. Also, two apps now needed for the same, not same, store. Great job of making things more complicated and less useful. It doesn’t even deserve the one star, but it won’t let me put zero.
