It feels as if every single time I try to file a prescription claim, I get some sort of error message. Not because I have filled something in incorrectly but that there is a BCBS app error. It is beginning to feel as if you hope the user will get frustrated enough and just not file the claim or forget to log in later and do it. I do make sure to keep the app updated. BCBS is great - my issue is just with the app.
