I was forced to sign up for My Choice and download the app because they said the app would allow me to see and manage my parcels. But ... the app shows there are no deliveries pending. But when I copy and paste the tracking number, the parcel appears in my parcel history. But it still doesn’t allow me to manage the delivery time. I am confused.
