Horrible experience with the MDLIVE app. I had to use it on Sunday morning because I couldn’t see my regular primary physician. I had a virtual visit with a doctor at 10 AM, and I was told my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. But when I checked, there was nothing there. I called MDLIVE more than five times trying to get answers.
