I have used this app for years and what is happening now has NEVER happened. At a time when I need this app to WORK it has failed me. Days ago, the app told me I needed to complete my Contact Information form to be ready for check in. I did so. The app updated and said I was ready. Yesterday, the app informs me that it’s time for check in for my flight returning home to the US from Italy. Only it will not let me check in. It gets stuck in a loop, saying it cannot update my Contact Information form! Over and over again, the same loop, telling me to check in at the airport. So I check in at the
