I needed 4 tix for my family to attend a show, and I wanted to get the least expensive seats. TT showed none together in the section I wanted. But when I searched for 2, there were two sets of 2 a seat apart. I bought 2, completed the purchase, and went back to the app to buy the other two and I was blocked. I probably should have called customer service, but, my son was able to buy the remaining two seats. I’m sure TT has a reason for this, but in the moment, it was frustrating.
