Always something 2025

Not only do they not have all the sports that my school requires tickets for, when I put in a customer ticket I waited over a week for a response. When I received the response it informed me that they have had long wait times and for me to submit another ticket for assistance. So it has been two weeks and still no customer service. And on top of that, I have to pay for my ticket plus a transaction fee to use the service. Nothing but a scam and another money grab for nothing. Complete waste of money and time.
