I got my new Audi Q4 a couple weeks ago. The car is a beauty and I absolutely love it. The app is a complete disappointment. The functionalities it offers are pretty basic and some do not even work. I have been talking to my dealer and their support team for 10 days about their ‘Connect’ service. Nobody can make it work. There are many, many comments in Audi Forums about basic things that the app could do with some basic development. I cannot understand how a luxury brand like Audi cannot figure those out: * lock / unlock car * set start / stop time to charge car * access car cameras remotely
