I’m only at the Purity level, so I’m early into this game. However, my screen goes black after completing a level. So I have to close the game and reopen if I want to play the next puzzle. And clicking the link for “App Support” sends me to a website that asks me to “try Desk.com free for 14 days”. REALLY? I have to sign up for a service just to get assistance? And if I have problems after the 14 day trial period, I will have to PAY for support? Ridiculous.
