I keep getting a “unknown error” message when I open the app. I have updated and restarted my phone. I was told that some called me today but I don’t have any missed call. My phone has not been turned off. Also, people can’t leave a voice mail. I have always had the ability for someone to leave a voice mail. I only restarted my phone for a brief moment after I was informed of the missed calls. What gives. If I need to go to Premium so be it, but I have already paid for the year in February and would only want to pay the difference. Not the full price for premium.
