After two years I have canceled my membership and will be stopping my use of this service. After experiencing a number of issues with recent orders, and speaking with Seamless customer service, this company does not take any responsibility for problems that arises while using their service. They only provide condescending answers while providing no assistance to the issue. Delivery drivers ignore instructions, and overall, I would recommend saving yourself a headache when it comes to eating and start using another delivery service over Seamless/GrubHub.
