I ordered a pizza two hours ago, and my pregnant wife and I have been waiting all this time just to eat. After all that waiting, the order was suddenly canceled and the money was refunded. The money is not the issue. It’s the time we wasted waiting for food, especially with my pregnant wife hungry and expecting the order to arrive. Honestly, this was extremely upsetting and frustrating. It really feels like customer comfort and respect do not matter to you at all — making customers wait for hours and then canceling the order at the end is unacceptable.
