Bad customer service and experience with transfer
The story start when i opened a business account with Remitly when i need to transfer money to my employees every month,i tired to sent money since November 30th and the money never arrived to the recipient every time i chat or call the customer service they asking me to be patient and they are so rude, the transaction supposed be delivered by December 5th and till now there’s nothing has been delivered and when i call to cancel the transaction they ask me to wait 2 days i felt scammed, i asked for escalation and the supervisor called me saying oh their partner doesn’t support business so wh
