Downloaded this App after a ComEd lineman was working on installing new services at the house being built in the neighborhood. He mentioned to several of us what a great tool it was to get a picture of electrical usage and ways to save. Well, it basically is a paperweight on my laptop as most all the features don’t work. It’s worthless to me because if I click on “my usage data” it spins endlessly without showing any data. Clicking on “my home data” says unable to retrieve data, try again later………it’s been 2 months, how much later should I wait? Click on “top 5 energy tips”, same thing…
