I have been using the Trenitalia app successfully since June 2022 and have always found it to be an excellent app. Approximately one weeks ago, immediately following the most recent update, Apple Pay stopped working for me. I performed extensive testing: • Deleted and reinstalled the app • Restarted the iPhone • Changed my password • Updated my profile • Tried while logged in • Tried as a guest user • Tried through the mobile website In every case, Apple Pay launches normally and authentication succeeds, but the purchase does not complete.
