Update: Not only was I contacted by the founder of My Mental Pal, I was guided on how to address my issues, and also offered the opportunity of a refund. With the information gained, I have been able to better interact with the app. I highly recommend the app and applaud and appreciate the attention to my concerns. I’ve tried several times to submit a request for assistance and nothing ever goes through. I want to return to the screen that allows me to create a meditation practice rather than following the premade ones for various books Otherwise, I think I’d like are refund
