I’ve been a regular Talabat user, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered kitten food through the app and was delivered the wrong item (adult version). The packaging was nearly identical, so it was only after opening that we realized the mistake. The product has not been used at all, but it is completely unusable for a kitten. What’s unacceptable is how Talabat handled it. The first agent confirmed the item would be collected and replaced but no action was taken.
