A frustrated fellow

What a pathetic application it is developed. Even some basic functions are not working.I was not able to upload image of meter in self billing option. The button to upload was not responding anything.I logged ticket no update yet. I updated the version of application still did not work. Then I un-deployed the app and re deployed. Now I am not able to login in the app itself.
