I tried to exchange tickets I purchased through TodayTix because my mother got a positive covid test and I didn’t want to endanger anyone. TodayTix has been terrible about it. I was not given the option to exchange my TodayTix tickets to Our Town, or offered a refund. I was only given the option of a voucher for 80% of my purchase price, or the ability to resell. I just received this email that I’m receiving a voucher for $60 less than what I paid -- way less than the 80% voucher if I hadn’t let you resell it. This whole process has been misleading and predatory. I feel taken advantage of for
