2025 Acadia

I have had my GMC vehicle for eight months. At first the app would not allow the remote controls (start, lights, etc) to function. This week, it stopped working functioning completely. I tried closing and restarting the app, and it would no allow me to login. I did all of the fixes suggested online. I called OnStar to get help. I performed all of (the same)fixes that they suggested. The app will not allow me to login. I get a blank white screen with no fields to enter information. So far OnStar/GM has been no help.
