My dog was scheduled for surgery to remove 2 growths. While dropping off my pet, I was told that I cancelled the surgery two days before through PetDesk. I made an initial/first appointment through PetDesk to examine the growths, but the surgery was scheduled directly with the veterinarian (I.e., not using PetDesk). Moreover, I never opened the PetDesk app in the intervening time between the first appointment and the surgery. So, it’s a mystery to me how I could have cancelled the surgery given that I never opened the app. Does PetDesk have some sort of baffling bug??
