123Scammed!!

X1 closed my account without any warning or notice due to “inactivity”!!! I kept zero balance on this card for just a few months to boost my credit and they closed my account, and customer service won’t open it. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I have 820 FICO score and they closed my account. I don’t recommend this horrible company to anyone. Go with BofA, CITI, and Chase.
