I am an old lady. Today I was sent an email stating that an update needs to be made TODAY, or my device won’t do this or that. TODAY they tell me about this particular update that needs IMMEDIATE attention, TODAY. I don’t understand technology. I attempted MULTIPLE times to follow their directions. NOPE. I cannot update this. Bose is an expensive system, one that I struggled to save for, as I am disabled and am on a limited income. Now I can’t use it, because I can’t update whatever it is that needs updating. I truly cannot understate how awful I think they are. I should have been given MORE
