I had a new heater/AC installed in March 2022 along with an AprilAire WIFI thermostat. I was initially disappointed. Although I could connect the thermostat to WIFI, the app usually showed that the thermostat was not connected. AprilAire’s Customer Service was friendly and responsive; they advised a few times that their servers were down and that they were preparing to push a new version of the app. Once the app was updated (early April I think), everything has worked very well and consistentl
