I am truly flummoxed. There seems to be no way to reestablish this verification process once the info has been removed from you phone. I upgraded phones and cannot figure how to get it to work again. And there is no help or real support to solve it. And since my refund is dependent upon verifying my ID and I can’t do that through the system and no one will answer the phone at the IRS I am out tens of thousands in refund dollars.
