What is happening now is not acceptable. You are assigning multiple orders (2 or even 3) at the same time without informing the customer in advance. This is misleading and violates basic service transparency standards. Customers should be clearly informed if their delivery will be combined with other orders, and they should have the option to accept or refuse the delay accordingly. I request that this issue be formally reported and addressed. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities myself.

Head to head matches are very bad . I advice all not to pay anything in this game , because very poor in head to head , because of the connection. It’s very bad . Connected always bad in head to head . One time normal and 100 times bad . Very un professional programmers who did this game . 8ballpool it’s live game for phone but the connection always good . Problem in head to head only because VS match is working normally. Please fix the head to head problem.
