1. Mess with reservations all the time. I’ve booked the hotel for one night for 2 adults and 2 kids. Hotel received only 2 adults. We liked our stay and decided to book one more night and with the same options. Made a booking and received confirmation only for one adult. The room itself was x2 more expensive, plus I was asked to pay additionaly for 1 adult at the hotel. Customer support told me that I made a booking for 1 adult, when I requested for the logs of my search and reservation process they preferred to ignore me. Reservation is always a mess. Those guys didn’t deliver a single order with no mistakes while I have around 40 orders made. Their mixing up with products or simply deliver a half of your order and freeze your money after. Please quit this business🙏🏻
