I’m really tiered of this. Last update was just perfect! But after the latest one, a few days ago, the vacuum robot has gone bunkers! Again!! I think I’m going to throw this divice away! It leaves spots unfinished, changes direction as it pleases, running out of battery too soon then before. I’m just 😤!!

Problem with the map of robot vacuum
I have 2 robot vacuums, X10 and Mop 2 Ultra. I have set up the maps and after 3 days there are problems with them. The names of rooms are changing by their own. For example, room 9, instead of kitchen. Also, the map is creating new rooms. Divide a room, into 2 or 3 rooms.

Notifications broken after update – very disappointed
After a recent Xiaomi update, I stopped receiving push notifications from my smart home devices (like door sensors). Not so friendly UI
This app has to be like an app in 2025. I don’t have a lot of Xiaomi products but only a vacuum robot. The interface is disappointing, the settings are mess, and generally that it was not what I was expecting from Xiaomi. Example: Look how are look like the names of the rooms, it’s not possible to see the level of machine battery, even the notes are appearing how quickly disappearing. Please just take a look to other similar apps to get some ideas. My review is only for improvements reasons. Thank you 🙂

I can no longer use my xiaomi 360 cameras for notifications because you removed the “persons detected” option in the monitor settings and only have “motion detected” now which is useless because even in low sensitivity it sends notifications with the slightest light or shadow change. Sad Scooter and vacuum user
Firstly downloaded the app for my scooter, it was not working correctly and I needed to reinstall it multiple times in order to accept that I don’t need it and get rid of the app!! Few years later I bought the vacuum and thought that XIAOMI would have fixed the app’s bugs. Of course I was mistaken, the app does not work, it shows black screen when I want to enter the vacuums details. The app is bad written. I’m only using the app to manage my Xiaomi Scooter Pro for the last 3 years I have it. All these years the app was not working great, but at least it was gettin g the job done (locking me scooter when needed, changing some settings etc). CAMERA PROBLEM
I have the “Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro”. When I press to listen to the camera (from its’ microphone) it works for a few seconds and then it mutes, so I have to press it many times and cannot hear continuously. Also please fix so we can hear from camera when we close the app and it runs in the background. This already works with other apps and cameras, so I don’t think is difficult for you.
