With our mobile App you'll be able to follow the Garaulet Diet online. This option is dedicated to those who can't attend our nutrition centers for geography or time reasons, and who wish to lose weight by eating in a healthy way. You will have a nutritionist at your disposal who will monitor your diet. Each week, the nutritionist will review what you have eaten in order to help you improve your eating habits and achieve the target weight you aim for. All this through our mobile App.
This app makes use of Apple's HealthKit for importing steps from Apple's Health app.
