IGIBD Scores

IG-IBD Scores is a tool offered by IG-IBD to Physicians, that facilitates the calculation of a range of scores used to quantify the activity of the IBD, from both clinical and endoscopic point of view. IBD scores are widely used in clinical practice and as outcome measure in clinical trials. The App displays seven IBD score calculators. The user selects the score to calculate, choosing among clinical (Mayo partial or full, CDAI and HBI) and endoscopic scores (CDEIS, SES-CD, Mayo endoscopic and Rutgeerts). By selecting a score, the relevant data entry menu is displayed. Data entry is as simple as possible, with radio buttons or drop-down menus - NO TYPING! Main features For each score, the App displays instructions for filling and general informations. General info include calculation formulas, references and score decoding tables. For the endoscopic scores • CDEIS and SES-CD: calculation of a single score or both – for shared inputs, NO NEED TO RE-ENTER. • Example images available from the data entry screen. • Possibility to generate a standard report (short summary of the data entered and decoding table of the calculated score). • Standard reports can be amended and transformed in email messages.
