Use your existing Khoros Care credentials to access your account via the mobile app. With Khoros Care Mobile, you can plan content, review and approve, and engage with your customers across social channels anytime and from anywhere. From your iPhone, you can: - Browse available conversations by Smart View and/or Work Queue - Claim and respond to conversations - Manage conversations in your queues - Manage approvals - Provide support to agents that request help - Subscribe to conversation notifications Use Khoros Care Mobile to engage right from your iPhone including: - Browse available conversations by Smart View and/or Work Queue - Claim and respond to conversations - Manage conversations in your queues - Manage approvals - Provide support to agents that request help - Subscribe to conversation notifications Additionally, your brand’s marketers can use the Khoros Care Mobile app to create, review, and approve media-rich Social Publishing marketing posts.
