I bought some coins. 200 exactly. And a few days (none of the coins were spent) I deinstalled the app because of low storage on my phone. Reinstalled the app, connected with my mail but suddenly I don’t have all the 120 stories I was reading and the 200 coins. I had 30 stories and 0 coins. Still, the same email. I entered the Gmail and went to the transaction and the gmail was the same as the account I earlier put money on.

It’s great but..
I love the app it's actually great but I saw something I'd like to share. 1. A lot of times when I go check a message or just leave the app, when I go on it again it gets me from the start of a chapter and it’s a little annoying because it also says “bookmark” and it dosen’t really do anything at all. 2. I find it unfair (just a little bit) that you have to log in to subscribe, now about this it’s probably just my preference. I just hope you can make the bookmark actually mark where you were in a chapter. That’s all, have a great day!!

The app itself is very enjoyable, haven’t had any problems logging in, soo cool readings, BUT my phone is really overheating while I use the app and it’s draining my battery. i writed this review like 2-3 days ago and the app is still not working please do something i cannot read or do anything on the app, i tried clearing cache, uninstaling and reinstaling and it doesnt even let me login again. i open the app it works for a while the it freezes and remains like that until i close it and open it again. idk what is happening i love this app i am writing this only to tell you about this problem, will change the rating later. i love you guys keep up the good work.

Freezing?
I wanna ask because I don't know if it's my phone(not likely) or the app, but it keeps freezing. Why? It only started doing this 2 3 weeks ago. I have to close and open it again like 3-4 times before it starts working again. Overall it's a great app with great content.

Apps Great. But no music allowed to play.
I like the app but when watching a WEBTOON it keeps pausing my music and playing some no sound audio track from the app itself. It’s driving me crazy it happens multiple times (near the bottom scroll of a comic). The only workaround I found is to exit reading, start playing again and then enter reading mode again. Also favourite heart button is not working sometimes (consistently).
