Description
iBodyShape va vous aider à voir les résultats de vos régimes, programmes d'entrainements et suivre leurs progrès. iBodyShapes à été créée pour vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.
Toutes les données sont affiché clairement dans le dashboard. En entrant vos mensurations et votre poids, IMC (Indice de Masse Corporel) et le rapport taile-hanche, sont calculés et évalué. Vous pouvez aussi voir vos progrès de perte de poids sur un graphique.
Essayé d'atteindre différents objectifs pour plus de motivation et partager le avec vos amis.
Les valeurs suvantes peuvent êtres sauvegardé:
- Hauteur
- Poids
- Indice de masse grasse
- Poitrine
- Taille
- Hanches
- Haut du bras
- Cuisse
Avec votre accord, l'IMC, le poids, la graisse corporelle et votre taille seront également stockées dans la Health App.
