Fixes a bug where rolling starts with a delay did not work correctly.

- All new settings interface where you can fine tune your sequences. This includes changing the default lengths for horns as well as the ability to bypass the three second safety countdown when starting a sequence.
- When running a sequence, controls are now locked so they don't get tapped by accident.
