To celebrate our Miniversary, here’s one of our biggest updates yet! This update includes: • Three brand-new maps! We’ve brought three of our most popular cities from Mini Motorways and their gorgeous colour palettes to Mini Metro. Another Shinkansen map is yours to enjoy in Tokyo. Or you can carefully traverse the rivers of Warsaw. If you want more than just rivers, the Portuguese coast is yours to explore in Lisbon, a tricky five-line map. • An all-new photo mode! Export screenshots of your metro networks with decorative frames to show off your unique cities. • A much-loved feature from Mini Motorways comes to Mini Metro in the form of a new way to capture GIFs. Export colourful animations of your metro networks at any stage in their growth to share with friends or just for bragging rights. • An update to the text featured in the Miniversary button. • This update also features various improvements and bug fixes. If you haven’t played it in a bit, we’ve also brought three Mini Metro maps into Mini Motorways! We’ve dusted them with a bit of Mini Metro magic, too, as each map requires you to build around an existing railroad network with spawning train stations. Now stopping in Boston, home of the USA’s oldest subway system! Check out our most recent update, which includes: • A brand new map featuring Boston, Massachusetts. This historic metro is celebrating its 125th anniversary, so come take a tour! See if you can recreate the “T” and connect the famous Boston Olde Towne, which spans 23 neighbourhoods, the Charles River, and more! • Various small bug fixes and performance tweaks, including a small adjustment to audio processing on some maps. Our leaderboards have been revamped to now include histograms, as well as improved security features. You can now see where your score ranks compared to all other players. • Various bug fixes and performance improvements. Weave your tracks between two tricky rivers - it’s up to you to keep the city moving! This update features: • A brand new map! Connect the five million commuters of Addis Ababa who call Ethiopia’s capital home. • New achievements and challenges! • Fixed a looping audio bug that was affecting some players. • Added a warning every time you replay the Daily Challenge that only the first score is counted. • Fixed some bugs where buttons and UI elements occasionally behaved unusually. As a little end-of-year surprise, we've added a brand-new map to Mini Metro! You can now make your mark on the Windy City: Chicago, on the shores of Lake Michigan in the United States. Chicago is famous for the "L", the elevated rapid transit system that originally opened in 1892. Chicago has consistently been one of our most-requested maps, so we're delighted to be able to add it to our roster of cities - bringing the total to 25!

Mini Metro is moving on down the line to two new destinations! First up, design and maintain a network covering the megacity of Lagos, Nigeria. Can you keep the 21 million residents of Africa's biggest city moving on time? Then hop over the Atlantic to Chile to help get the commuters of Santiago to their destinations. Nestled among the snow-capped Andes, this South American metropolis needs your expert planning hand.

Mini Metro is now stopping at Barcelona! Carefully manage your train lines to keep this Mediterranean metropolis moving.

• Balance tweaks to Guangzhou. • iPhone 11 compatibility.

Now stopping at Guangzhou, the capital of China's Guangdong province. It is the third-busiest metro in China, the fourth-busiest in the world, and it's now ready for you to test out your designs. Other changes in this update are: • Saint Petersburg difficulty increases more gently. • Adding more than 100 stations in Creative mode will no longer crash. • Editing a line with no locomotives will no longer consume a spare locomotive. • Various achievement translation fixes.

We've got a new mode for you! Creative mode lets you take any existing maps and build your dream metro. Here is what's new: • Add, delete, and reshape stations, as well as control how busy they get. No more circle stations everywhere! • Unlimited locomotives, carriages, and interchanges. • All lines start unlocked. • An increased per-line locomotive limit. It's all up to you. Build your home town's network in meticulous detail, make a massive city with an equally large fleet of trains, or construct geometric patterns and record looping gifs. We'd love to see what you come up with!

iPhone XS compatibility

The next update has pulled into the station! We've added two features, one for experienced players and one for those new to Mini Metro. • Added challenge mode. Choose one of the existing achievement challenges and build your metro within the restrictions. • Added an interactive guide that explains the rules of the game and the basics of how to build your metro. • The alternate maps now unlock automatically if you've already reached the required score. • The per-line locomotive limit has been increased on maps with fewer than seven lines. • Fixed ghost scores in the Daily Challenge. • Performance improvements and bug fixes.
