Como todos sabem esse aplicativo era pago, com o passar do tempo e com as novas atualizações removeram diversas funcionalidades que já existiam como por exemplo agrupar documentos e por aí vai, só acho uma falta de respeito com os clientes digamos assim

Tinha comprado o aplicativo e usava bem regularmente. Mas eventualmente transformaram num aplicativo por assinatura e começaram a remover funcionalidades de quem tinha pago. Se tivessem deixado uma versão como estava e lançado uma versão 2 com assinatura, eu até consideraria comprar. Mas depois dessa, nunca mais eu compro nenhum aplicativo ou serviço dessa empresa!

Em 2016 adquiri o app de forma vitalícia e recentemente retomei minha utilização. Ocorre que já não possuo acesso às funcionalidades pagas que eu havia adquirido. Em contato com o suporte falaram que a versão gratuita de hoje equivale a versão que adquiri em 2016 e por esse motivo não tinha que se falar em restauração da conta. Won’t save your notes and highlights offline
The app won’t reliably retain annotations made to a PDF file the next time you open it, even if you’ve always left the file open in the active tab in the app. Apparently it will switch to whatever was the latest version stored in the cloud, and if, for whatever reason, your annotations were not synced, they’re lost – even if, I repeat, you had always left the file open with your annotations. This has caused me to lose many important annotations.
