With this update, the app is once again fully ready for the Efteling Summer season! We've also made several small improvements to keep the app running smoothly.

In this update, we’ve further improved the map to make your experience even clearer and easier to navigate. We’ll also help you find the right location more quickly in the event of an emergency. Are you an Annual Pass holder? From 15 June, you can start collecting rewards for an exclusive gift when you travel sustainably to Efteling. Do you have ideas or feedback about the app? We’d love to hear from you via the new option on the More tab.

Minor improvements

Cinderella has been hard at work polishing up the photo gallery. It's spick and span again and working a lot better as a result. We've also continued tinkering with the personal Inbox and have made a number of small improvements.

From now on, receive personal messages in your own Inbox. With the renewed communication preferences, you can choose exactly what interests you. This way, you’ll easily stay up to date with the latest news and receive personal offers. You can also see how long your attraction photos remain available in the app, and we’ve made several small improvements.

Winter has said its goodbyes and the last snow has melted away. The map is all set for summer again!

- Subtitles are now also available at The Emperor’s New Clothes, The Chinese Nightingale and the preshow of Baron 1898 - You can now find the Efteling emergency number in the app, so you can call directly in case of an emergency in the park - When you have a parking ticket, you can now see whether you can exit based on your license plate - The design of the Overnight Stay tab has been improved for guests without a booking

We’ve fixed an issue where the opening time for hotel guests was sometimes displayed incorrectly.

The Winter Efteling has begun! The map is dressed in wintery atmospheres and subtitles are now available at Snow White.

Booking a restaurant? Your reservation now automatically appears in the app! We’ve also updated tickets: more types, with clear icons and details.

We fixed an issue where some pages could not be closed when the “Reduce Motion” setting was enabled.

We've improved the check-in process: register your vehicle for seamless entry, share your booking with travel companions and easily activate your digital room key. We’ve also updated the app to get ready for Virtual Queue.
