Designed to work with your Reynolds Integrated Telephone System, the MyRITS application extends some of the most useful aspects of your telephone system to your mobile device. Dealership associates will be able to interact with customers from wherever they are as if they were at their normal workstations. MyRITS helps you track customer contact by mobile users and ensure that customers have dealership call back information at their fingertips. Dealership customers win because they get the attention they deserve. Dealership associates win because they get the information they need when they need it, wherever they need it. Dealers win because they can track compliance with dealership expectations and policies.
