非常糟糕的使用體驗，每次遇到不可抗力因素導致需要退訂酒店都是百般推脫，不給退費！本人有經歷因天氣原因飛機緊急迫降到其他城市而導致無法入住原本計劃的預訂酒店，也經歷過因為下飛機被香港拒絕入境而導致的無法入住原本計劃的酒店，這兩種情況均得不到妥善的解決，而且協商過程態度強硬，平台除了給出不退費的回復其他都是一貫的官方推卸，很遺憾之類的話語。
