Feedback for feedback session
I sometimes receive the notice asking to provide feedback and you can’t scroll the space to write in. I mean… I know perfectly what I am writing but in case I have to check or turn back or moving forward I can’t do it… please, the feedback session should be a real feedback session and not a 15 digits space I cannot move within… and the app: perfection does not exist. The most of asking receive the answers “scusa, credo di non aver capito”. I can’t ask for contents, not for news, not for culture, movies… when it can say something, answers are so poor. App penosa, piena di bug. - Se hai ri-configurato un dispositivo perché non funzionava più correttamente nella casa, l’icona di quello vecchio non puoi più toglierla. - Compatibilità con app di terze parti orribile: Nell’app vedo l’icona delle prese intelligenti ma se chiedo all’assistente di accenderle mi dice che non sono configurate (però manualmente dall’app me le fa accendere). - Videocamera compatibile con Google dove non ti fa mai vedere l’anteprima di quello che sta filmando. Ma leggete i feedback ?
Ho già segnalato un bug gigante che mi impedisce di impostare un numero fisso per poter telefonare con nest hub. Ossia, al secondo tentativo (sempre e mai al primo) si collega e compare l’opzione “scollega”. Ora uno crede di averlo configurato invece la mattina dopo risulta ancore scollegato e bisogna fare come anzidetto. Ora o sistemate o getto il nest hub e passo alla concorrenza. Sono già intercorsi due aggiornamenti ma il problema ormai mi assilla da diversi mesi e lo avevo già segnalato all’interno di questo spazio. Attendo soluzione ancora per pochi giorni.

Mancanze ridicole
Utilizzo questa App su iPhone 13 con Chromecast e Xiaomi Mi Smart Clock. La delusione riguarda soprattutto l’interfaccia di quest’ultima sull’App. Non si possono aggiungere a Google Home Apple Music né TuneIn Radio, ergo sulla Smart Clock non posso utilizzarle. Ho anche un’Eco Show Alexa e lì posso usarle, non capisco Google cosa aspetti. Assurda poi la gestione delle sveglie nell’interfaccia della Smart Clock su Google Home: posso solo cancellarle ma non semplicemente disattivarle. Basterebbe mettere un cursore invece della X e sarebbe molto più comodo per gestire da remoto le sveglie ricorre

C’è da impazzire con Tim Voce Smart
Non capisco se sia solo un mio problema, ma ogni volta che cerco di chiamare utilizzando il numero di casa fisso TIM, Google non capisce e vuole effettuare una chiamata con Google duo, ho provato in diversi modi con diverse frasi ma non capisce lo stesso. Nelle impostazioni è tutto configurato come dovrebbe, il profilo TIM è collegato, i contatti sono stati caricati. Sarebbe ottimo se si potesse togliere completamente Google Duo nella speranza che quando dico “ hey Google chiama <numero di cellulare>” non mi dica di configurare Google duo ma che chiami e basta con la linea di casa.

Lontano dall’essere un assistente
Applicazione affatto intuibile, si finisce con il vagare tra diversi pulsanti, che sembrano rimandare ad un menù sempre simile, ma che in realtà ti portano ad un vicolo cieco, con quella sensazione di già visto. E così si torna a ripetere dall’inizio una procedura col dubbio di averla già fatta, per una problematica che potrebbe avere una soluzione molto più semplice, snellendo la grafica è semplificando i menù e ottimizzando le gesture. Nel 2021 dover utilizzare per forza un account gmail per calendario, contatti e promemoria è una presunzione che non è più accettabile! Se ho i contatti su un account Microsoft 365 non posso sincronizzarlo con Gmail... che dovrei fare? gestire due account? Alexa se ne frega e sincronizza quello che gli si chiede!

App che non viene aggiornata da mesi
Da più di due mesi l’app non riceve più aggiornamenti come tutte le app di Google a causa delle nuove politiche di privacy introdotte da apple. Il risultato è che i dispositivi non sono più controllabili da app da mesi ma solo tramite comando vocale. Tutto ciò è imbarazzante considerato che c’è chi (come me) ha domotizzato praticamente tutta la casa su questo sistema. Non avrete mica paura di farci sapere che dati raccogliete sugli user dei vostri servizi Google? Imbarazzante...

Terribile
Chromecast collegato al wifi, mostra contenuti ambient, che cambiano. Quindi collegamento ok. Apro la app: collegati alla rete Wi-Fi per connetterti. Cerco di avviarla di Netflix etc... nulla. Medesimo problema. Cerco in assistenza e mi dice di riavviare dalla app il chromecast. Peccato che quel che dicono loro di cercare non esista.. il paradosso è che mentre a me la app dice che il chromecast non è connesso, dal cellulare di mio marito funziona! Assurdo! Delusa. In più non c’è nessun modo per scrivere a qualcuno ed ottenere assistenza. Nessuno risponde.

L’app nn è male ma spesso le varie funzioni sono complesse da trovare e in più gli assistenti vocali hanno dei problemi e sarebbe una buona cosa poter magari correggere questi diciamo difetti dall’app.. ad esempio il fatto che i google home mini sono sordi e sarebbe buona cosa attivaste la funzione x tarare la sensibilità dell’assistente!

Chromecast agonia
Adoro il dispositivo, versatile e compatibile con molte piattaforme. Ma mi fermo a 3 stelle (in diminuzione se non si trova una soluzione) in quanto se provate a cambiare modem (e quindi il Wi-Fi di appoggio) diventa impossibile ricollegare nuovamente il Chromecast. Non c’è una guida semplice e chiara sull’app per la configurazione né tantomeno sul dispositivo. Non è possibile perdere mezz’ora in un gesto così sciocco... Incredibile.

Molti problemi,potete aiutarmi?
Ho un Google home mini e quando lo vado a collegare riesco a fare tutti procedimenti, però arrivando al passaggio dove devo collegare la Wi-Fi( sono sotto la stessa Wi-Fi) si abbina perfettamente. Mi dice “connesso” però poi spunta un schermata di avviso dicendomi che non è riuscito a stabilire una connessione con Iphone. Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi perfavore?

Buona app, ma metterei la possibilità di fare Screen Mirroring da smartphone o tablet. Cambierei anche l’interfaccia aumento volume e scorrimento video quando si sta guardando una clip o un film ecc.

Non funziona
Non funziona. Ha funzionato un paio di volte al inizio( male perché dopo che si lanciava un contenuto non si poteva interrompe e lanciare un altro) dava errore 40x o qualcosa di simile. Ultima mente non si riesce più a collegare. Comprato questo Chromecast ma a quanto pare sembra non funzione con iPhone anche se sulla confezione c’era scritto il contrario. Soldi spesi inutilmente... probabilmente devo rimanere nel ambiente apple a prendere un Apple TV anche se costa molto di più di un chromcast ovviamente!
