Choose dog or cat and pick what is happening (for example: ate something, vomiting, breathing trouble, seizure, toxic exposure, and more). 2. Answer a short series of plain-language questions. 3. Receive educational next-step guidance—such as when emergency veterinary care may be appropriate, when evaluation is recommended, or when close monitoring may be reasonable—plus practical tips, what not to do, and trusted external resources. Paw Navigator does not upload pet health information or photos to our servers. Optional anonymous analytics and crash reporting are off by default—you control them at first launch and in Settings. OPTIONAL ANALYTICS & CRASH REPORTS If you opt in, we collect anonymous technical data only (such as which screens are opened and app errors) to improve reliability. Pet names, health details, photos, and contact information are scrubbed before anything is sent. You can use the app fully with both options turned off.
